I recently stayed at Extended Stay and had a great experience. I was in town for business and stayed for a week. The location was convenient, with a gas station and dining options nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room size was adequate. I appreciated the amenities, such as the full-size fridge, microwave, and stove. The young female clerk was particularly friendly and assisted me with any requests I had. The room was clean, the temperature was comfortable, and the bed was okay. it was a satisfactory stay.

Location, staff was extremely friendly.

The non smoking room smelled like smoke and lights/outlets didn't work , switched to another room next day and room was better except no blow dryer, outlets and lights didn't work, and worse part was cockroaches!!!!!! Loaded with them!!! Went to bathroom at night, turned lights on and they were everywhere!!! Needless to say, we packed up and left as soon as we were able. We were given a refund but wasn't worth the fear of bringing those nasty bugs home with us to start an invasion!!!! Beware!!!!

Room wasn't stocked with kitchenware, and the kitchenware they finally provided was dollar store quality. Wasn't told they charged extra for pets at booking. Fire alarm went off and was ear shattering and had to wait for the fire department to get there. Bed was hard. Had to ask for mor pillows and was originally told they were booked and didn't have extra, but eventually for the pillows. A/c was brok, but fixed quickly. We couldn't get housekeeping since we had an animal. Father in law was moved rooms and his last room during those few days smelled absolutely terrible.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room size was great and we were pleasantly surprised to find a full-size fridge, microwave, and stove in the room. This made it really convenient for us to prepare some simple meals during our city break. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the airport and had easy access to transportation.

There were a few issues that we encountered during our stay. One of the main downsides was the lack of breakfast options.

I didn't like it at all i have stayed before same hotel other location but this location have the worse service i can't imagine.

The hotel has fashionable and particularly good rooms, in a fairly quiet area, near the airport. A wide range of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and amazing location, just a walk down to everywhere. Quick check-in, late check-out.
